I have to admit that at the time, while I was 25 years old, I looked like I was 15 (I got a lot of double-takes when they noticed my military rank). I was generally quiet and spoke softly in any case. Not a great combination for a military officer! The going away gift I got when I moved on to my next assignment was a whip! Getting results didn't require being noisy. It was fun. Thanks for the comment.Bruce

Laura,

I was on the project team as the technical lead. And rude behavior (whether or not you have more experience) is just plain wrong. You kept trying, obviously, and you have a great attitude about it!

Hi Bruce – if you were the project manager, why was no one listening?
